Most of our properties are booked out during the summer holidays.  Our newest property, on the Esplanade at Encounter Bay, still has lots of availability from 14/12 to 26/12 and then from approx 3/1.  It is a luxury property and so quite a bit more expensive than our other properties (prices start at $400 per night during holiday periods).  There is some very limited availability at a couple of the properties.  You can see the list of available summer holiday dates here.

We are already receiving bookings for the 2015-16 summer holidays so if you are planning a pet friendly holiday for next Christmas/New Year it pays to get in early!

Pet Let offers fantastic pet friendly accommodation in Port Elliot, Goolwa, Encounter Bay and Victor Harbor.

Do you want a house that allows pets inside but doesn’t compromise on quality, fit out, views or cleanliness? Have you been frustrated that cat and dog friendly accommodation is often 30 years old with furniture from the Salvos? So were we! In 2009, we wanted to rent a nice house where we could take our two dogs (who were used to coming inside), with sea or lake views, lovely outdoor spaces with contemporary facilities, nice furniture, and a great ambience.

We had trouble finding anything that suited. So we decided to buy our own holiday house, set it up the way we wanted it, and then rent it out to other people with pets to enjoy when we could not. This worked well so we were able to add more properties. We were then approached to manage a holiday house for other owners so now we do that too!

Our latest dog friendly accommodation at Encounter Bay is an executive property located on the esplanade. It is available for bookings from 14 December 2014. Prices start from $245 per night (off-peak and mid week) and are as high as $600pn for Christmas/New Year. This luxury property features:

This luxury, architect-designed, two story, award winning property is located right on the Esplanade at Encounter Bay.  The views are spectacular; from the Bluff to Granite Island. This is a lovely property with spectacular lake views. It has 2 living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs), 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, the rest are upstairs. Main bedroom is very large with magnificent lake views, en suite and big walk-in robe. The house is located right on the lake with its own private beach. It is a 4-minute walk to the beach at Encounter Bay and about 5 minutes drive from Victor Harbor.

This two story, contemporary property has wonderful sea views out over the town of Victor Harbor. The views are at their best from the big deck and the upstairs living area.  Built in 2010, this perfect beach house has 2 living areas (upstairs and downstairs), 3 bedrooms (main is upstairs with large walk in robe and ensuite) and 2.5 bathrooms.  It has a big screen HD TV in each living area and DVD players.  The furniture is contemporary and comfortable. It sleeps 8 people.  The back yard is completely enclosed and so is perfect for dogs.

The house is very well set up and sleeps 8 (2 x queen size beds and 4 bunk single beds). There is a big deck in the back yard with a shade sail – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ambience of Goolwa beach.

Fold back the bi-fold doors and let the outdoors in! Also private outdoor space at the back. Lovely backyard with big trees and lots of birds. Separate rumpus room with pool table. Contemporary kitchen, bathroom and laundry. 4 minutes’ walk to the river (and to the Aquacaf Gourmet Cafe!), 2 minutes’ walk to the golf course and 15 minutes’ walk to the beach (and Bombora restaurant!).

Retro style, fully renovated pet friendly accommodation in Port Elliot, opposite the beautiful Lakala Reserve. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and open plan living/dining/kitchen. Short walk to beach, pub (particularly the Port Elliot Hotel on The Strand), and cafes. Huge deck with lovely hills outlook.  Has a dishwasher and R/C air conditioning.

8 Pilot Court, Encounter Bay, SA
3 bedrooms, 1 bath. Sea views from living area + 2 bedrooms. Fully enclosed groovy outdoor living space (with its own TV) and so is suitable for all weather living or cats! New bathroom. About 7 mins to Victor Harbor and 10 mins walk to the beach. End of a cul-de-sack and next to a reserve so it is extremely quiet and safe for kids and animals. Backyard is fully enclosed with colourbond fencing.

3 bedrooms, 1 bath. House is only 2 years old. Stainless steel appliances. Huge deck with sea views to Victor. Directly opposite a lake/billabong with abundant bird life. Also located at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a reserve so it’s peaceful and safe for your kids and pets. R/C air conditioning.  About 7 mins to Victor Harbor and 8 mins walk to the beach.

85 Kensington Road, Norwood SA
As well as our fleurieu holiday houses, we also have a short-term apartment at Norwood, just 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Because of the strata corporation rules, this property can only have one small pet (cat or dog) at a time. We have a lot of people who come to Adelaide for work or holidays (usually to visit family) stay there. If you have colleagues, family or friends coming to Adelaide that are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay near the city, this could be the spot! It has 2 bedrooms (one with QS bed and the other with a double bed + single bed – so it sleeps 5), 1 bathroom and a car park. The kitchen was new in 2012 – funky gloss red with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2013 and features a large frameless glass shower.
