June 2015 – Our newest Pet Let property is surrounded by open space at Port Elliot.  The renovation (brand new kitchen, two new bathrooms, flooring, lighting, new deck etc) is well and truly underway and we expect to welcome our first guests in mid-June.  Bookings for all dates are now open!  The property has three bedrooms (sleeps 6 people), 2 bathrooms (main with new ensuite) and will have a brand new fitout.  The syle is “nordic retro beachouse”!  Its location is opposite a vineyard and olivegrove, with a short walk to a winery and to the Port Elliot Dog park.  Its in a cul de sac (we do love them for their peace, quiet and safety) and is boarded on two sides by park/reserve.  This property will be a budget buster!  If you have dates in mind for a get away (including Christmas), call us now on 0408.818.413.  You can view more information about this Pet Friendly House at Port Elliot.

6 March 2015 – we have just added a new pet friendly property at Carrickalinga (near Normanville and Yankalilla) to our portfolio. The views are awe inspiring (check the photo gallery).  Just one street back from the beach, this property has stunning views from the cliffs to the golden beach of Carrickalinga.  Walk just 200M and you’re on the beach!  Upstairs open plan living and 3 bedrooms.  Downstairs is another bedroom and second bathroom plus huge, open plan garage space.   There are some lovely cafes at Normanville and of course its just a short drive to Port Willunga, Willunga and McClaren Vale if you would like to indulge in some fabulous food and wine.

Its all about the view!  Simply stunning!  Close to Normanville, Willunga, and Aldinga this two story pet-friendly property has an open plan living area, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the top level to maximise the spectacular views. Downstairs is another bathroom and bedroom for extra guests.  The decor is 80′s retro, but its big, clean, comfortable and did we mention the views??  It has plenty of undercover parking for cars, boats etc.  And a lovely lawn for the kids (fur or otherwise!) to play on (though that area is not fenced across the driveway).  There is a big deck at the rear of the house overlooking the ocean and another one at the front looking to the hills, so you can pick whichever spot is sunny/shady/cool/sheltered etc!  Just a 200M walk to the beach, this property is perfectly located for a fabulous family seaside holiday.

This is a lovely property with spectacular lake views. It has 2 living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs), 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, the rest are upstairs. Main bedroom is very large with magnificent lake views, en suite and big walk-in robe. The house is located right on the lake with its own private beach. It is a 4-minute walk to the beach at Encounter Bay and about 5 minutes drive from Victor Harbor.

This two story, contemporary property has wonderful sea views out over the town of Victor Harbor. There is a big deck in the back yard with a shade sail – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ambience of Goolwa beach.

Contemporary kitchen, bathroom and laundry. 4 minutes’ walk to the river (and to the Aquacaf Gourmet Cafe!), 2 minutes’ walk to the golf course and 15 minutes’ walk to the beach (and Bombora restaurant!).

Retro style, fully renovated pet friendly accommodation in Port Elliot, opposite the beautiful Lakala Reserve. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and open plan living/dining/kitchen. Short walk to beach, pub (particularly the Port Elliot Hotel on The Strand), and cafes. Huge deck with lovely hills outlook.  Has a dishwasher and R/C air conditioning.

3 bedrooms, 1 bath. House is only 2 years old. Stainless steel appliances. Huge deck with sea views to Victor. Directly opposite a lake/billabong with abundant bird life. Also located at the end of a cul-de-sac and next to a reserve so it’s peaceful and safe for your kids and pets. R/C air conditioning.  About 7 mins to Victor Harbor and 8 mins walk to the beach.

85 Kensington Road, Norwood SA
As well as our fleurieu holiday houses, we also have a short-term apartment at Norwood, just 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Because of the strata corporation rules, this property can only have one small pet (cat or dog) at a time. We have a lot of people who come to Adelaide for work or holidays (usually to visit family) stay there. If you have colleagues, family or friends coming to Adelaide that are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay near the city, this could be the spot! It has 2 bedrooms (one with QS bed and the other with a double bed + single bed – so it sleeps 5), 1 bathroom and a car park. The kitchen was new in 2012 – funky gloss red with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2013 and features a large frameless glass shower.
