How to Pay for Bookings

You’ve found the perfect Pet Let property for your next holiday, and now you want to make the payment to secure your booking.

You can make a booking with payment of either the full amount, or if the booking is more than 30 days away, then a payment of a 35% deposit.

The payment can be made by:

  • bank transfer (using your internet banking or in a branch of your bank)
  • credit card over the phone (Mastercard and Visa only)
  • credit card via Paypal (Amex, Mastercard and Visa)
  • your Paypal account

Bank Transfer (No Fees)

Each Pet Let property has its own bank account.  The initial booking email we sent you will have the bank account details for that property.  Please transfer or deposit your payment to that bank account and use Your Name as the description.   If you cannot find the email with the bank account details, please email us.

Please let us know as soon as you have made the payment so we can HOLD the booking for you (it can take up to three days for the payment to land in the account). Once your payment has landed in our account, we will email you a confirmation of your booking.

Credit Card Over The Phone (1% Bank Fee)

Please call us on 0408.818.413 to make your payment.  Once we have processed your payment, you will receive an automatic credit card receipt, followed by the confirmation of your booking email.

Paypal (2.5% Paypal Fee)

You can make a Paypal payment to us either from your Paypal Account or your credit card (including AMEX).  Please enter your Property Address, your Name and the amount to be paid in the form below.

A 2.5% administration fee will be added (this is the exact processing fee that Paypal charges us) and will show up as “Payment Fee” on your PayPal payment page.

You will receive a receipt from Paypal as soon as the payment is made, and we will then send you a booking confirmation email.
