“Sandy Feet” has just had a full and fabulous renovation. It is utterly gorgeous from the hanging chair and pink double doors on the front porch to the stylish interior and delightful back garden. This is a gorgeous and very unique character-filled holiday home that will welcome and delight every guest. You will love the outdoor bath and shower!
The cottage is located within 200m of the beach, 5 minutes to pubs, cafes, and restaurants in Victor Harbor, 3 minutes to the local shopping centre, and much more! This is the ideal base to explore all that Victor has to offer.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine, waffle maker, and blender. There is a cute dining nook with a bench seat in the original part of the cottage that exudes history and ambiance. The bathroom is brand new with a large walk-in shower.
For entertainment, there are two TVs, free Wi-Fi for guests, Netflix, books and board games. There is a cute cubby house for kids in the backyard.
For guest comfort, the property has a reverse-cycle air conditioning system, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

*Please note that the sleepout is not a full bedroom but incorporates bunk bed in a room which doubles as the laundry.
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
Portacot is available upon request for an additional fee of $30. If you require a portacot, please let us know before your arrival so we can have it prepared for your stay. Requests made after check-in are also subject to the same hire fee and will be provided as soon as possible, subject to availability.

The rear yard is fully enclosed to a height of 1.8m with Colorbond fencing and a gate. Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside.
