The dog park is just 5 minutes walk.
The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan layout with sunny north-facing bedrooms and a living area. The front and rear undercover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday.
The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.
